A HUGE thanks to Vanessa Wick, Ryan Poole and Brett Siock for exemplary performance during the purchase of my 2016 Versa Note. They were consistently professional, patient and kind. I have 2-federally recognized disabilities and they completely accommodated my needs. Ms. Wick was extraordinary in helping me select the car of my dreams and training me to use all of its terrific new technology which I just LOVE. She took the time I needed to thoroughly explain everything. Mr. Poole did a tremendous job of getting me financing, even with my challenging credit rating. He made me comfortable talking about these challenges and never made me embarrassed as other businesses routinely do. Mr. Siock left his busy schedule to talk with me and allow me to talk about my experience with his team. He sets high standards for them and it shows in their outstanding performance. I'll buy every car I need from them in the future and will refer all of my friends and family to them. It was a wonderful experience!
