Ken Garff West Valley Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

I bought my vehicle from KG West Valley. I've had it serviced there as long as I've had it. Multiple issues have caused me to think a lot less of the service department: Last oil change, they forgot to reset the sensor, so on the way home, the change oil message came up. Last service, the wiper blades were changed - the new wipers were the wrong size. Had oil changed when the vehicle was nearing 1 year old. Dealer advised that emissions and inspection was required for renewal of registration and performed the service. Turns out, it was not required in that year and set me back $50 for nothing. Just took the vehicle in for a recall. Dealer did not have the necessary parts. Told us they would call when the parts came in. Finally had to call back ourselves and make an appointment since the parts had been sitting there for two weeks. Finally - 2009 Journey breaks are garbage. Had them replaced along with the rotors at 26k miles. 5k miles later, the breaks are pulsing badly. Dealer says that the new brakes are only waranteed for 4k miles - they could turn the problem rotor again, but are afraid it would be too thin and would then have to be replaced.
