Couldn't have been simpler!

onMade service appointment on line on Thursday to bring in the car on Monday. Asked for a loaner. All done on line. Dropped off the car at the appointment time, loaner was waiting for me. Car finished be mid afternoon and email included the repair order and invoice which I signed on line also. Just so simple. Not at all like the manufacturers or dealers on my other vehicles.
