Great Service Lady and Diesel Mechanic

I took my 2011 F350 in to Kinsel Ford to the same lady I always use for service work. When I got to the service window I explained what I was experiencing and the Service Lady said that it sounded like a sensor on my exhaust system. She ask if i had a ride and I told her my wife was on the way to pick me up. I told her that we were in the process of leaving on a trip and planned to pull our 5th wheel and really needed my truck right now. I left her the key and walked into the waiting room...while I am sitting there I see her go back out to my truck with a lap top...she hooked it up to my truck and started running diagnostics on my truck....as I am sitting there she is talking to someone that i latter find out is one of the diesel mechanics....she walks by the window and give me a thumbs up..I walked out to see what all of this means...she said she was right, it was one of the exhaust sensors and the mechanic is going to see if we have one...I walked out to look at the new cars while I wait for my wife....I get a call from my Service Lady telling me to call my wife and tell her my truck is ready...the mechanic had a sensor..brought it out to the Service Write-up area crawled under the truck and changed the sensor right then and there....I WAS NOT THERE FOR EVEN ONE HOUR. These two people went way above and beyond to help us out so we could take our trip on time. I use this same lady EVERYTIME I bring my truck in for work....she knows what she is doing...calls me with updates and does her best to get me my truck when i need it and more times than not does meet the date she has told me. I will continue to use Kinsel and the same Service Lady...she is great! Respectfully, Don Richard
