Johnson City Honda

I had to take my car to Johnson City Honda for 3 issues. The rubber strips on the roof tracks were replaced with no questions asked. The brake light bar across the back was tightened back down after having come loose. Originally they said they wouldn't replace it under warranty because the technician said it looked like I had tried to fix it myself. I spoke with my service adviser again the next day and explained that even if I wanted to try and fix the light bar, I couldn't because there is now real way to access the bolts. She talked to the Service Manager and they agreed to replace the light bar under warranty when it comes loose again. Which it eventually will. The third issue was never resolved. It is a rattling/clicking sound. Almost like a relay clicking on and off real fast. It is in the front passengers seat bottom near the centre arm rest. Over all I have always had a good experience at Johnson City Honda. I have purchased 2 cars from them and have always been treated with respect and kindness.
