The staff at Hendrick Honda are (too many adjectives to list) above and beyond the customers needs and concerns. They treat you with respect, quote a fair, and accurate price and know the process to adhere to the standard code of ethics, treatment, and conduct that you'd only expect from the so called high end car dealer service departments. I have always strayed away from dealership service departments as much as I was afraid to approach the salesperson. That is not the case at Hendrick Honda. They are a class act, well trained, and sensitive to ones problems. I have returned there on numerous occasions to have my 04 Accord and 03 CR-V serviced and will continue to do so with all my present and future Honda vehicles. Thank You
