Nazareth Ford

Obviously I have only owned the truck for a few hours at this point but I will give you my opinion as of now. I purchased a 2008 F-350 Super Duty Extended cab truck with a 6.4 diesel. My sales person, Gerald Ubaldo was very friendly and helpful, and walked both me and my wife through the entire buying process superbly. The used car manager really did a good job of giving me the most he could for my trade in, which at the time was broken down and sitting at a repair shop about 50 miles away in Frystown PA. I might add that about 8 years ago, I was shopping for a new Ford truck at Nazareth Ford and the experience was horrible, they kept refusing to give me my keys back in an attempt to keep me in the showroom and wear me down. I was not given my keys until I really created a scene in your show room. I was rather hesitant to even consider your dealership this time, but obviously you have changed management and or sales tactics, and it was a pleasant surprise. James F.
