Terrible service. The worst experience I have ever had at a shop. I had an 8:00 AM appointment for an inspection and check on some service lights on Monday and my new used car was not even looked at until Tuesday morning at which time I was told it would be all done by 4:00 PM. At 4:30 I was called to say my car needed brakes to pass inspection and the emissions was good. However, they didn't have brakes for a Wrangler in stock (how does a Jeep dealership not have brake pads in stock for a Wrangler) and would not get them until today, Wednesday. I call them at 11:00 AM today to find out the status of my car and they tell me its almost done and I can come over. I again reiterate that all it needed was brakes and a speed sensory to pass inspection. They responded yes. I was excited as I bought the car in New Jersey where it had failed inspection and had a red fail sticker on the front windshield. You guessed it, when I arrived at 3:00 today the car was in the parking lot with no inspection sticker and the red NJ failed sticker still on it. After immediately starting in on them the service writer tell me they were just "preparing the car for inspection", and "I had not approved the $54 for the inspection" (lie) I responded how moronic that sounded given the fact I approved over $700 in other repairs. What shop lets a car with temporary tags and 10 days to get an inspection done leave without the inspection and a big red fail sticker still on the windshield. So now we are going into day 4 and I still don't have my car. They could have rebuilt the engine by now. Poor communication, incompetence, and absolute lies. Stay away!
