onThe service rep we dealt with talked down to my wife and I. His attitude was extremely disrespectful. We thought that maybe we were part of the issue. Until in the waiting room we were talking with another couple from out of state who had car trouble. They had the same outlook on this same person also. They really had no choice to stay and get their car fixed. After getting our vehicle diagnosed, we chose to leave without getting it repaired due to this mans attitude. The more we spoke with this service rep the more he spoke negatively toward us. We opted to pay what we owed to this point and cut our losses with this dealership forever. Service is not always good after the sale.
