onThe dealership has a knowledgeable and welcoming staff. When I had gone there to get my car inspection, they had a cafe-like atmosphere in their waiting area that was very open with complementary coffee and tea. The service advisor, Rich, was amicable and patiently answered all my questions. I enjoy this dealership because they treated me as a guest rather than a customer, - when they explained parts that required attention, they didn't come off intimidating and they didn't treat me like an in-and-out transaction. I will be using this dealership first next time my family needs service.
