onI took in my 2017 Wrangler because a transmission gear was popping out. Thankfully my warranty covered a loaner vehicle because David Jeep kept my vehicle for 28 days. After the first 24 hours, not hearing back from David, I called and was told that parts are on backorder and it’ll take 1 week. After week 1, I called back and was told 1 more week because of backorder. I attempted to get info from my service advisor through phone calls & the texting system they use, yet nothing. I was promised follow up phone calls, yet NOTHING. Finally on day 27 I spoke with the service manager and after laying into him, my Jeep was ready to be picked up. I understand how backordered items work, but in that case, communicate with your customer. When you say you’ll follow up, do so. I went out of my way to go to David because my usual dealership was booked solid for 2 weeks - won’t make that mistake again. Sorry David, my Chrysler is ready for a trade in, but it won’t come from you.
