Peruzzi Nissan

I purchased four tires on Friday morning from Peruzzi Nissan and by 5:30 the two front tires were flat. I had the vehicle towed to your location and I was informed (after I called to check on the status) that the tire pressure sensors were bad and I was given an estimate to replace all four sensors or have rubber valve stems installed at no cost, I chose the rubber valve stems. On Friday it was recommended that the sensors be replaced but when I asked if not replacing them would cause a problem I was told that it would not cause a problem but the tire pressure light would stay on. When I went to pick the vehicle up Saturday afternoon I was informed that a third tire was flat on Saturday morning and I was told that three sensors were replaced, not four. When I questioned why the fourth was not replaced the service manager became annoyed with me and told me that he never said he would replace all four sensors (although the estimate on replacing the sensors was for four sensors). His annoyance grew when I would not sign the invoice. Needless to say this was not a good experience and I will not be returning to this dealership for future Nissan purchases or service on my vehicle.
