Mini of Portland sell vehicles with major mechanical defects. Defects that can cause serious harm to the occupants of the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and avoid this dealership at all cost. Your health can depend on it. I have filed and will continue to file massive complaints against this company for not disclosing before selling major mechanical defects. They also have one of the worst sales managers I have ever came across in allmy years of selling and buying cars and his name is Mr. Ruef. Talk about a defensive disrespectful employee Lithia motors employs. He was extremely defensive since I called out his service department for being incompetent as two non mechanics (wife and I) were able to diagnose transmission problems, yet their professional trained mechanics could not. Apparently their mechanics need to go through more training or get their licenses revoked. No wonder their service department get so many negative reviews. Go to Oregon DOJ consumer complaints and you will see they are getting hit with them as this dealership is about as trustworthy as a shady used car lot. Not to mention the used car lot tactics they use. What a joke of a dealership and what a joke of a manager in Mr. Ruef. Your welcome Mr. Ruef for doing your dealerships job for ya. I hope you appreciate it. Consumers, you have been warned to take your money elsewhere.
