Trend of Games
Written by 08/07/2013
onI can see that this dealership has more than a coincidental trend to play games with it's potential customers. I also went in intending to buy a new Outback but became frustrated with the fact that none of the cars had prices listed and the salesman wouldn't give me a price. I left and on another day I drove up to another dealership in Eugene where the price was clearly listed and the salesman answered my questions. This is 2013 people, these dealership games just don't cut it in this century. There has been more than one complaint here and probably many many more people who felt the same and didn't report and still this is the way they do business....no matter what their excuse...that says it all.

In Response to the dealership's comments: "So you're effectively saying that you only play games with the used vehicles." You're really missing the point. The dealership I purchased from in Eugene has the prices clearly marked on the used Vehicles as well as new. Refusing to tell the price of a used vehicle does not foster trust or the willingness to continue to do business with you.

Dealer Response
As this is effectively an anonymous comment there is no way to know and respond to the specific circumstances.
All of our new vehicles show the price on the vehicle.
We do our very best to work with each customer as an individual and to answer their questions in a timely manner.
Overall, we are very competitive in our market and do everything we can to retain business.
