Bait and switch

The Manager at Kia Chris told me if I came down AFTER they begged me to come in I would not go upside down on my loan if I traded my car ( 2013 15K like new condition ! All kinds of bells and whistles ) Well they insukted me by offering me 5k less than I owe !!! Plus did a hard hit knowing I just wanted to hear how they were going to not make me go upside down and lower my monthly pmt and a lower interest rate ( I have 2.4 now) !!! I really like the sales people BUT Have not patience with people that lie !!! I really wish someone that was in a position would read this and it would not just get lost in the shuffle ! Bought 3 previous from them
