Everyone I interacted with when buying my 2014 Mazda CX5 was helpful and friendly. My sales associate, Jimmy ("Red"), was so informative and patient. He answered everything we asked and more thoroughly than we expected. The finance manager, Jim, was also a great help. He had everything ready to go and leveled with us on what extras would be helpful to have with this particular car. Between the two Jims, the experience was pleasant, efficient and worth every penny.
