Run away from their hidden fees

onNormally when dealing with an upscale brand such as Lexus I can count on the dealership being straight forward in a sale. Oh ... not so with Tri-County Lexus. Whatever price you see advertised for a preowned car add another $1495 for dealer prep. And if you're not financing there add another $700 on top of that. You won't see these fees anywhere on Autotrader and they're none to quick to bring them up during multiple phone calls. Beyond that the salesmen are not easy to deal with. Orlando - who is apparently in charge of preowned - never called me back either of the 2 times that I left him messages. Robert - the internet sales specialist - eventually dumped me off to some other lower sales rep once I was pressing him on any extra addl charges. This place is way beneath the care expected at a Lexus dealership. I've bought many, many cars over the years. I'm a salesman & I don't mind dealing with salesmen so my extended family always gets me to negotiate cars for them. I've never seen anything like this place. I would never consider purchasing from them. I nixed the deal I was in the midst of this time.
