Tri County Lexus

Buyers Beware! I had the worst experience here and Mr. Ghamlouch decided to curse at me and tell me I'm not getting my [non-permissible content removed] deposit back because I caught him a lie and the deal fell through. He became so irate he became [non-permissible content removed] and cursed at me in front of an entire dealership full of workers and customers. How unprofessional and immature. I will never step foot in there again and will continue to let everyone know just how horrible my experience was. My wife also lost her wallet there and although we can't prove it, it can't be that much of a coincidence that when we asked if they found i the first response was that they had no cameras and there were other customers in that particular office. We were there for hours and no one even entered that office but that is besides the point. The fact that Mr. Ghamlouch thinks he's entitled to my deposit which was part of the overall deal that fell through is alarming. How many people do they rip off and rob this way. So sad......run for the hills and go buy elsewhere. Deceit, lies, and unprofessionalism pretty much sums up my experience and what I had to deal with at Tri County Lexus in Little Falls, NJ.
