Bell Ford

i have been a loyal customer of ford over 30 years as i believe in buying american product and really like ford.but after two times i had transmission problem ,and i had to settle for a smaller escape to my explorer xlt which me and my wife have been driving for many years.my trade in was with only 70,538 miles and was in excellent condition as i always changed oil and cleaned engine and antifreeze and chnged transmission fluid.they treated me well except putting on an extra $100 per month to pay for the transmission problem.chris mortenson was a really good guy as paul,but i know i should have gotten a better monthly payment for a ford escape.as i also put down $1000 for a down payment.but in all honesty a customer for so many years should have gotten a better deal.God bless America!
