VERY UNSATISFIED We realized after we bought our car that we were charged an additional $1250 after agreeing on a final deal of a car with the salesman and manager. We told our salesperson David that we did not want the rebate and wanted the zero percent interest from the moment we walked into the dealership. We were shown a paper that we could either take the rebate or the zero percent interest and negotiated the price with the salesman and manager based on the fact that we wanted the zero percent interest. We were NEVER infomred after negotiating a price that the rebate would be added if we decided on zero percent interest. We were given a much better price from [another dealerhship] in Covington and this price was without the rebate. The financial person only read to us our total of what w were paying in total AFTER our trade in. We were also charged a document fee of $348.00 that we were never notified of. I am very dissatisfied with the way that this dealership does business and would never recommend them!!!

**I would like to update this review, and let the readers know that we were pleased that the general sales manager of the dealership contacted us after emailing the complaint the following day. He did give us the option of returning the car or offering to "split" the difference of what was orginally agreed upon. Since we had used up our shopping days before the zero percent interest promotion expired, we agreed to keep the car. We are pleased with the car and that the manager did promptly answer our complaint to address the issues quickly and to a mutually agreed upon resolution.
