You should definitely use the Robbinsdale Deputy Registrar for your license registrations, rather than the Roseville, Ramsey County Registrar. I think Robbinsdale could get your name on the wall at their office noting that you use them and so local people waiting for 10 minutes to get their tabs, etc. (not Ramsey County people) would be seeing your dealership's name as a place to go locally to buy cars.
