MINI of Peabody went out of their way to help me out.
My 2007 MINI Cooper started leaking oil and it was just over 2,000 miles out of warranty.
They analyzed the problem as leaking gaskets on the oil filter housing, a ~$750 repair.
They ran a "good will" request up the MINI channels and received the okay to do the repair for FREE.
I just got my MINI back and it is freshly washed and the oil leak is repaired and it didn't cost me a cent!
And, I had a cool MINI Clubman to drive as a loaner while they did the repair.
That's my idea of great service!!!
I won't take my MINI anywhere else but MINI of Peabody!
