Mercedes-Benz of Natick

I've been buying cars for 25 years now, and have had many good experiences. But I must say, the Natick Mercedes Benz experience was by far the best I have ever had. They were respectful, professional and skipped with the antiquated sales pitches of yesteryear. They had a passion for the cars they were selling and a love of being professional from the initial contact with me, through the negotiation, signing the deal, processing through the business office and finally at the pickup. It was especially stark given the fact that the other dealerships pushy ineptitude with the artificial sales pressure tactics were so stark. The Natick MB team was truly amazing. They clearly loved the car they were selling me (E63 AMG S), understood what kind of car it was, and respected my choice and desire for wanting to buy the car. My deepest gratitude to Jose Cabrera, Cong Truong, and James the finance manager. You all did your profession proud in the way you conducted yourselves. I will say that the entire dealership was superb to me, and my children, and it is impossible to remember all your names. I can't thank you all enough for making this such a great experience! I thank you again, and look forward to dealing with you again when my wife goes to purchase her next car.
