Best Experience Ever

We found the exact Ford Flex we were looking for online. It was being sold by Rodman Ford. They confirmed that the vehicle was still in stock and that they would take both of our old Fords in part exchange. We were helped by Caitlin who while very young was by far the best car salesperson we have ever dealt with. Helpful, courtesy and not in the slightest bit pushy. The price of the 2014 Flex was good and the trade-in value they offered for both vehicles was fair. We left with the vehicle we wanted at a price we could live with and a sense that we had been treated well by the dealership. After buying eight Fords, we knew we loved the brand. Now we would strongly recommend Rodman Ford in general and Caitlin in particular. And we love our new Flex.
