Waldorf Toyota

This dealership is full of very nice people, but I do not believe I have dealt with a more disorganized, incapable, circus of a dealership in my life. From the beginning, the customer service aspect was great. In my experience, everyone has been extremely nice here; but nice only goes so far when you’re spending near $50k on a vehicle. Furthermore, that kindness does not extend beyond your purchase date. Once they have your money and their Toyota Satisfactory Survey, you will be forgotten about. I bought my SUV in the beginning of October 2018 and they did not properly and fully complete my transactional/legal paperwork until THE END of January 2019!! All the while, experiencing COMPLETE TRASH of execution. I'm kicking myself now, because a coworker told me to avoid this dealership, but I saw the average 4+ stars and thought he may have been overreacting. Now I'm convinced a lot of these reviews are FAKE. I had a much more extensive description of all my troubles at this dealership, but unfortunately Edmunds only allows so many characters and I had to delete most of it. You can find my full review on dealerrater.com. Ultimately, If I could tell my past self back in October anything it would be: STEER CLEAR OF WALDORF TOYOTA!
