Horrible Customer Service

Hi everyone! Two years ago I️ bought Honda CR-V from this deelership. My “engine light” came on and I️ decided to go check it out. Drove up to the service department at 6:40 am, first one in line and at 7 am I️ was able to drive in. This older gentleman that works there asked me why I️ was there today. I️ told him that “I️ need to check my “engine light” and change the battery in my key. This guy tells me well “we are unable to do it now so it will get done eventually today” . I️ responded to him “last time I️ came one of the guys came and used a code reader. It took two minutes to do it. Continuing talking to him and he says “It’s Black Friday and I️ have a line of customers!” All he was saying, we are busy and I️ have a line of customers. Well if I’m not a customer, then who am I️ to your business then? Guy was very rude, unprofessional, and I️ will never ever come back there to buy a car or have my car fixed. The worse customer service I️ have ever experienced. I️ will never recommend this place to anybody.

Liz, I am sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your recent service visit. I spoke to our service advisor about this incident to make sure that he does not come off as rude to a customer again. Unfortunately, some service diagnosis, like a check engine light, take longer than the 30 minutes you requested. We were happy to look at your vehicle, but as he told you it was just going to take longer than you had hoped.
