Our salesman (Andy I.) was very professional and low-key (no "high pressure" sales tactics). Suggested a test drive and thoroughly explained every part & gadget on the car (Civic EX) BEFORE the Test Drive. He had no problem beating a competitors best offer. We didn't close the deal until AFTER the showroom closed for the evening, but Andy and the Honda Financing personnel stayed to ensure all "i's were dotted and t's crossed" and we were 100% satisfied before driving off the lot.
