The Service that Never Took Place

onI'll start by saying (1) my Sales experience with Criswell 3 months ago was absolutely amazing. Secondly, this is not a review of a particular employee, because the Service that I went in for never took place... that's the problem! Honda sends me an email saying that it's probably time for my first Service appointment so I should schedule an appointment online. I schedule a 10am appointment. I arrive at Criswell at 9:45 only to find out that they don't take appointments for this type of service and I would have to waste an additional hour and a half of my day. So what was the point of taking an online reservation for a time slot and not even mentioning anywhere on the form that this type of Service is first-come-first-serve?! I reserved a time slot based on the instructions of the email sent to me, but clearly there was no point of this reservation, was there? This is how I feel right now:

So why did I say "Yes" I would recommend this service center? ONLY because of the great experience I had with the SALES department of Criswell. But another issue like this and I'm done with them. Entire day's plans - ruined.
