Criswell Honda

I'll start by saying (1) my Sales experience with Criswell 3 months ago was absolutely amazing. Secondly, this is not a review of a particular employee, because the Service that I went in for never took place... that's the problem! Honda sends me an email saying that it's probably time for my first Service appointment so I should schedule an appointment online. I schedule a 10am appointment. I arrive at Criswell at 9:45 only to find out that they don't take appointments for this type of service and I would have to waste an additional hour and a half of my day. So what was the point of taking an online reservation for a time slot and not even mentioning anywhere on the form that this type of Service is first-come-first-serve?! I reserved a time slot based on the instructions of the email sent to me, but clearly there was no point of this reservation, was there? And that's really the most important part of the reservation: The holding") So why did I say "Yes" I would recommend this service center? ONLY because of the great experience I had with the SALES department of Criswell. But another issue like this and I'm done with them. Entire day's plans - ruined.
