My Recent Service Visit

onI brought my 2004 Odyssey in for several reasons: scheduled oil change, steering wheel shake at all speeds, idle was very high upon startup. Robert M., my service advisor, was polite, concise and helpful. He turned my vehicle over to Ryan J. who promptly found that my high idle was due to a dirty air filter/ throttle body and the steering shake had to be further diagnosed using the 'Road Force' method of balancing. The final outcome - I have 2 tires with ~26K miles that failed the test. The manufacturer is working with me to replace the defective tires. I asked for and received additional information from Robert on a return visit to secure a printout of the Road Force test for the tire manufacturer. Everyone involved including the woman who 'gives you the bill' was pleasant and professional to work with; THIS is how I run MY business - professional,honest and thorough.
