I called the dealership today to ask for directions to the dealership, I was transferred to the sales staff, a sales"man" answered the call and I asked him for directions. His reply to me was, "Shouldn't you buy a GPS device" and then went on to say "it is 2013 after all" Maybe I should, but has a simple call to ask for directions too much to ask of a sales"man" in today's world? I would NOT RECOMMEND dealing with this dealership (ROYAL VOLKSWAGEN of BLOOMINGTON INDIANA) based on how that salesman dealt with a simple request. Is common courtesy for a would be possible customer gone with the wind? Thank You Mr. Salesman for making it clear, your to busy, to smug for this old timer to ever spend a dime or endorse your "dealership" And I advise all others to keep this phone interaction in mind, they lost me as a customer over it.
