Bad service

onBattery was dead in my Sedona 2010 and service that I receive was bad with attitude. Now my Van is leaking Transmision fluid and I took my Van for the second time to this dealer for Oil change and to get check for the leak. Well I had Oil change done because I paid for it but they refused to fix the transmission leak which is cover under warranty. Service manager excuse was because I gave the dealer a 0 for the first service. Pretty sad because they didn't complaint for the Oil change because they took my money but the transmission is under warranty they refused to work on it.
