River Front Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

Incredible!!!! I don't accustom to complain about service or post anything negative or problematic but this was very upsetting!!! We just walked in to the River Front Dodge/Jeep dealership in North Aurora with our son, to purchase a Truck. We waited to be attended for more than 30 minutes. Various Salesmen passed by us and did not even say Good Morning! Or How can I help you. After a while a salesman finally came over and asked. After we told him our interests, He asked us to take a look at the trucks outside in the lot that he would be right out. We waited for more than 15 minutes in the cold and decided to leave. Before we left my son walked back into the showroom and the salesman was attending someone else. My son in a very well mannered way said: Thank you Sir for your time and service" and we left. What happened was it because we looked to Hispanic for you?? As Julia Roberts said in Pretty Woman: You did not want to attend me? You work for Commissions right?? Big mistake!!!! And walked out with her hands full of bags!! We are now at another dealership......
