Unprofessional, Never Complete On Time

onAbsolutely the WORST service department we've ever come across...for any product.
Anywhere.
We had some issues with the Jeep we bought there. A repair or even diagnosis has NEVER been completed on time. Once, it took more than 45 minutes bouncing from on hold to on hold ...just to find out when out vehicle to be done.
The dealership general manager "Sammy" even said he would take care of us since the service department did such a terrible job.
And then HE completely botched it, again not having a repair as simple as replacing badges completed when promised, THREE TIMES.
We even left our vehicle with them over a week vacation.
That means there's not even anyone higher to complain to!
Again, in a bind with a check engine light and heading out on a trip, we set an appointment for 6:30 pm Wednesday.
It's now 6:30 pm on Thursday and it's "up on a lift" with no word even on what's wrong.
WTF make an appontment then? That surely means it will be fixed in time for our trip on Friday, right?
No one's perfect, but no one is this bad and disrespectful either.
Looking at other reviews, next time I'm heading to Larry Roesch Jeep Dodge 200 W Grand Ave, Elmhurst.
