Fletcher Jones makes it very easy to bring my car in for routine maintenance. I arrived a little early for my appointment but they had my loaner car ready to go right away. They completed the service very quickly as well as the recall. Tim provided me with a direct number which I could text and let him know when I was ready to bring back the loaner. I like that I could also pay online making for a quick transaction upon arrival. Would highly recommend!
