onbrought 2014 silverado in for trans cooler line connection recall and Ben(svc mgr) noted a new software recall also needed. He registered me in and offered a shuttle to take me home.
Called when completed and offered shuttle pick up. very satisified with this enounter. Ben was very courteous and helpful.
