I was looking for a new 2014 Dodge Durango for my business. I found one with the options I wanted at Hayes, but they were about 400 miles from my home office in Alabama. I spoke with Anthony Mitchell who gave me only "straight talk" about the vehicle, the price, and the process. At my request, he sent me a document in writing of the exact "out the door" total cost of the vehicle including fees, taxes, and tag. I felt quite confident through the whole process that I was being dealt with in a completely open and honest manner. I made the 400 mile drive, met Anthony and the vehicle, and within two hours I was on my way home in the vehicle. I must add that I had been in contact with 3 other dealerships, all long distance, but never felt the confidence that I was being dealt with forthrightly as with Hayes. That made the difference!
