Antidote to Negative Review

onI understand how people can feel ripped it off. I think this is simply the nature of the car-selling business model. I've felt that way myself in the past and got that vibe (from several dealerships) as I was shopping for cars this time.
Hill did well by me. I walked in with a price from Zag.com (via USAA) and they honored the price, treated me with respect, and got me on my way--with the car I wanted at the price I wanted. The one caution is that their non-negotiable dealer fee is high ($600). True, some dealers are lower but they *all* have these fees.
BOTTOM LINE: Car dealers are out to make money and get the best deal they can, so arm yourself with information, research, and the knowledge that you have the power (to walk away).
