Fields BMW South Orlando

This is by far the most friendly and courteous BMW dealership that I've used. I've used the dealership in Gainesville and they give the BMW brand a horrible representation however, Fields BMW upholds a professional environment and BMW should be proud to have such wonderful staff representing their brand. I have never had a bad experience here and I live in Lake City, FL and have family and friends in Orlando and I always try to hold out on all of my services so that I can make it to Fields BMW. I prefer to drive 2 hours to get great service instead of going to the one in Gainesville that's only 30 minutes from me. I never worry about being told incorrect information and I feel that my vehicle will be serviced appropriately each time I use this location. When I use the others I'm in fear that I'll leave with a vehicle that hasn't been serviced appropriately and will end up having to take it back to be re-serviced. I love this facility they are awesome and will continuously get my business. Thanks for your courteous, friendly, and professional service. It's a true pleasure to know that honesty and integrity still exist at some dealerships and Fields is an exceptional dealership to do business with. Thank you!
