Excellent customer service, partner for lifetime of vehicle

I have purchased my Ford Freestyle at Ford AutoNation 10 years ago and always brought it in for service. I was always treated fair and given honest assessments and accurate estimates. I have always worked with the same service rep (Mark Leibovitz), which is great as he knows me and the vehicle very well. Dealership will point out competitive options and I get the sense that they are more interested in keeping their customer happy rather than making money off their backs. I will come back to this dealership as long as I drive a Ford.
