Duval Ford

I had a very good experience at Duval Ford. Sherrod was my internet salesperson. I came from out of state for my purchase. Sherrod was quick to respond to all my questions and got all the paperwork done prior to my arrival. He quickly brought the truck I was looking at around for my test drive. There was never any pressure to purchase at any time. After we agreed to buy, the Finance Manager Rafel was great! he had all the paperwork in order and ready to sign. He asked if we were interested in some of the warranty products and extra coverage. When we declined, he simply further explained why they were a good idea, but he wasn't pushy in any way for us to buy. We ended up buying extended warranty a week later anyway. But, because we liked our experience with Duval Ford, it was bought through the Dealer even though the same plan purchased thru the Ford Corperate warranty service would have been slightly cheaper. My only concern is that all issues with the used vehicle were not made known. I don't know if they just simply weren't aware or if they intentionally failed to mention them. I choose to believe they just weren't aware.
