I went in for new tires - had an unrepairable tire with a nail. Chauncey Andrews assisted me with a great selection and I got an awesome deal (purchase 3 tires and get the 4th one free). He kept me informed the entire time and told me when he would have my car ready. And it was ready when he said it would be. Then he gave me a free car wash and I was out the door. Easy peasy! I love love love Arlington Toyota! The service is awesome and the people are friendly and respectful.
