Everything went well until, at the time of the car pickup, the salesman told me that because the car had tinted windows I would have to pay an additional $299 plus tax even though i had not ordered tinted windows. The next day I contacted the Online Operations Manager in this regard. He was very apologetic and as a result I was told that a refund check would be forth coming, but would be sent from Michigan.
