The Cadillac engine light had come on and my service tech was on vacation. I was transferred to Jacob who scheduled me in the next morning. The Caddy had to go to the AutoNation Cadillac to be repaired due to the tools required. It took a little over a week, however they provided a rental car at no cost. Jacob kept me informed during the process as to what was happening and the new timelines.
