One Thrilled Mom!!

onLife in general is stressful, let alone being a single mom with 2 children, and the only source of income for the 3 of us.
When it cam time to buy a new car, a local KIA dealership tried taking advantage of me and over charging me $5000 which they would not elaborate on.
That's when I emailed KIA OF WILMINGTON told them what happened and Mike said come I'm we will offer you the same $$ on your trade in (if not more) and your payments will be inside your budget.
Between USAA and Mike and his team they made car buying as easy and as smooth of a process as possible WITHOUT THE STRESS AND HEADACHE I have had in the past at other dealers.
When I walked in Saturday, Larry came right up to me and said we are all ready. I was amazed he identified me out of the crowded showroom and was extremely grateful for his excellent customer service!
The team in Wilmington is OUTSTANDING and I WILL NEVER EVER BUY A VEHICLE ANYWHERE ELSE!!
I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
I will pass on my USAA membership to my children who I will also bring to KIA of WILMINGTON for their vehicles when they are car shopping.
I could not be happier with the staff and their warm welcoming smiles!
Larry and Mike truly went above and beyond and made me feel important and special which only added to their EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I will never ever forget this last car buying experience and will continue to shop at the dealerships in Wilmington to include KIA(who knows what my next vehicle will be in 3 years when I pass my Soul onto my oldest child), but I will definitely be BACK!!
