Horrible Service

onI brought my car to the dealership for the same issue (check engine - emissions system) 5x. When I asked about lemon law I was told 'that I can not help you with that as we feel we have fixed the issues that have come up.' When it came time to come back the 5th time I was told there would be no rental for over one week and I would have to wait. This is unacceptable to me as this is an issue the dealership caused by not fixing the issue properly the first time. Also, they are a dealership that has used cars and are certainly able to loan one out. The ONLY reason I still go there for service is that I am still under warranty. Also, during the time it took to fix my car I had 2 families/friends who were interested in Chevrolets ask me about Diver and I sent them elsewhere for their purchase due to the unacceptable level of service I have received. I am a very dissatisfied customer and not happy with their service at all. I am currently looking into contacting GM myself about this issue.
Do yourself a favor and don't ever go to Diver. Save yourself the headache.
