Given the many choices available in a competitive car market, our decision to replace our existing Acura with another was as much due to our experiences with this dealership and, in particular, Gerry C., as anything else. Both purchases (3 years apart) have been attended to by Gerry C., who has been professional, courteous and engaging at all times. He has been patient in understanding our priorities and requirements, and our value as customers, which translates into a pleasant and painless buying experience for us, and a successful selling experience for him.
