Lombard Ford

Would recommend this dealer to everyone who owns a Ford! They bend over backwards to help you ( or at least they did for us), making sure that everything is done properly... even told us there were recalls that would be done while they had my car. It is there right now for a flat tire repair/ replacement and oil change. Service staff calls and is so pleasant to speak with, and has genuine feelings of concern! Tells you what is needed, but does not pressure you to have it done right then and there. Very competant mechanics ( we do have our favorite though)... fear that they may close like so many other dealers in the area... hope that NEVER happens! Waiting area could use updating... but is clean!
