Mercedes-Benz of Littleton

I have owned a Mercedes for many years and have never had worse service than at Mercedes Benz of Littleton. The service department employees are distant and confusing. I have never met such an aloof group of service professionals. They probably don't even read these things. And yes I'm spoiled but thats why I own a Mercedes. I usually take my car to Murray but have recently moved to Littleton. I will be making the drive next time. Maybe its because they know me at Murry... As much as I love Mercedes Benz service, I just cannot recommend this shop. There are plenty of other Mercedes dealerships in Denver that will treat you like a valued customer and make you feel like a proud owner. Sad...but true.
