A Dealership I Like

onThis is the first time over the many times I have brought my vehicle in for service that I left less than completely happy. I opted to wait for my vehicle and don't mind waiting because I bring a good book with me. But when my vehicle is pulled off the service bay and parked right outside the waiting room at 11:00 AM and it sits there for about 30 minutes before I'm told the service is completed, that is not satisfactory. At 11:30 I was told by the service person that the car was done and I would be called to the window for the paperwork in a few minutes. 15 minutes later I walked up to the window to ask if they had the paperwork yet. The lady said they had just received it a minute ago and gave me the paperwork. So, even though I was not in a rush, 45 minutes seems like a bit much to wait for a vehicle that was done and sitting during that time frame.
Some of the questions below are not applicable but there is not a place to check that for an answer. I was given no timeline, no quote, and did not pay anything because my vehicle is on the maintenance plan.Thank you.
