Poor service...Poor Customer Relations

Stay Away from Stevens Creek Toyota. They are in it to rip people off and could care less about their customers and their satisfaction. Too many problems with a fairly new vehicle that they can't diagnose the problem properly. Unwilling to sell their Extended warranty at prices quoted by their competitors. Extremely rude Customer Service Rep (Heather). Stay away and take your business to Capitol Toyota.
